Jean-Pascal Bobst is the fourth generation of the family in the company founded in Lausanne (Switzerland) in 1890 by Joseph Bobst. The Group is a world leader in the supply of equipment and services for the graphic arts, printing and packaging industries.Jean-Pascal Bobst (1965) is a mechanical engineer.
With Bobst Group since 1994, he held various management positions abroad and in Switzerland. Since his appointment as CEO in May 2009, he led the Group through a Group wide transformation program which brought more than CHF 85 M savings by 2012. The current strategy of the Group is to continue to lead innovation and development in the packaging industry, while adapting the manufacturing foot print in Europe and developing growth in Asia and China.
