On Friday 9th March 2012, the very first Zermatt New Leaders Forum (ZNLF) will be held in Paris at the Collège des Bernadins

THE ZERMATT NEW LEADERS FORUM STEMS FROM THE ZERMATT SUMMIT

During the first two editions of Zermatt Summit in 2010 and 2011, participants from the four corners of the world gathered around international figures, derived from very different worlds (political, economic, judicial, religious, academic, artistic, etc. …) to reflect on the place given to the human person in the process of globalization.

The event held each year for three days in June in the Swiss mountains, between moments of warmth and moments of reflection, invites participants to realize their empowerment and responsibility on the future of the world.

With this conviction, young participants took the initiative to organize, under the aegis of the Foundation Zermatt Summit, for the first time in Paris and later in other capitals, a forum, the Zermatt New Leaders Forum, whose purpose is to cater to leaders of tomorrow in a privileged manner.

THE 2012 EDITION PLACED UNDER THE THEME OF COMMON GOOD

While being both a laboratory and a chamber of resonance of Zermatt Summit, Zermatt New Leaders Forum is not intended to provide solutions or paths already traced.

Deeply rooted in the reality of today, the Zermatt New Leaders’ Forum aims to support young and old, in leadership or so-becoming, to further their vision of a world centered on the human person, with theoretical tools and testimonials. It aims to give everyone the desire to act within the sphere of their activity.

Thus, during an evening with speakers from all backgrounds, participants are asked to collectively reflect and propose courses of action around the theme of the Common Good in the next edition of Zermatt Summit to be held Zermatt, Switzerland, from 21 to 23 June 2012.

THE NEW LEADERS: A WIDE OPEN DEFINITION

Through the New Leaders, Zermatt Summit Foundation targets a vast audience, composed of motivated and active future leaders, entrepreneurs, artists, managers, officials – but also an audience of leaders who question and wish to exercise their leadership a new, different way.

Many people seek ways of fine tuning their values with their responsibilities. The Zermatt New Leaders Forum gives them a voice, listens and allows them to continue to move forward and face the multiple challenges that lie ahead.

The fruit of these shared discussions and debates will encourage dialogue and be reviewed at the next Summit Zermatt and will carry the voice of young people and leaders of tomorrow even further.
